Published a Python script that uses the Salesforce API and a custom Apex REST endpoint to match leads to accounts based on fuzzy matching of the company name and email domain.

Co-Author, Marketo Exam

Collaborated with an international team of Marketo Solution Architects to craft and publish the 2021 Marketo Certified Expert exam.

Partnered with business and technical teams at Adobe to develop and release the Marketo Self-Service Flow Steps feature.

Campaign Launch Automation

Using Marketo and Skilljar APIs, developed a zero-maintenance solution to detect new LMS courses and certifications, create matching Marketo programs, route engagement in real time, and enable revenue attribution.

HubSpot-to-Eloqua Migration

Gathered cross-functional requirements, architected a unified data model supporting 20 custom objects, documented the integration design, and collaborated on a 150-page implementation plan.
